New Pregnancy/Childbirth Site (x-posted several places)
Passing this along here - for expectant and new moms, and those who provide services for them.

Hello! We visited your website and saw that you offered Pregnancy Massage
services. As such, we would love to invite you to add your business to our
new Womb to Bloom directory, which has been designed for new and expectant
moms.

We're a husband and wife team and the feedback on our site has been
wonderful thus far. We're simply contacting massage therapists who offer
prenatal massage and inviting those who are certified or licensed so that
we can create a comprehensive Maternity & Baby services directory.
There are no fees associated with our directory and there are no hidden
gotchas or anything like that. :)

If you have a few moments you can view http://www.wombtobloom.com/vendors
to register or to read more details. I'm sure you'll find our program to be
quite rewarding and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to
email me direct.

Thank you and I hope to welcome you to our directory!

Prenatal massage
Hi!

I see nobody's posted in a while but hopefully this comm. isn't dead.

My name's Lore and I'm in South Florida. Ultimately my goal is to become a midwife.

I'm going to be starting massage therapy school in `09 and I'm super excited about it. I wanted to have a special focus on prenatal, postpartum and baby massage (for obvious reasons) so I was wondering if anyone here had any tips for me. Books I should read, websites I should check out.

Pregnancy Massage and Questions
I'm a licensed massage therapist with 20 years experience, and I specialize in prenatal massage.

I'm curious -

have you ever had a prenatal massage?
would you consider it? why or why not?
what factors would help in your choice?
has a midwife or OB recommended (or not) prenatal massage therapy?
where would you look to find a qualified pregnancy massage therapist?

Thanks - all of this helps me in my outreach.

I'm located in Phoenix, Arizona - http://www.MasterpieceMassage.com - if you're curious about my background, philosophy, etc.
